Why are you running for office? *

Montgomery County Republican Central Committee

Who do you consider your political role model, and why? *

Ronald Reagan was a respected president and was good for America. He encouraged the Berlin Wall to come down.

What is your favorite book about politics and policy, and why? *

Candace Owens' "Blackout." Candace addresses the many ways that Democrat Party policies hurt, rather than help, the African American community, and why she and many others are turning right. I also very much like Thomas Sowell, the American economist, social theorist, political philosopher and author.

What do you see as the role of the Central Committee? *

My role is to help educate the public on the political process, register voters, and explain the importance of voter integrity. So many voters have no idea how our legislators pass laws. I want to share my knowledge on how our taxes are used and how to follow the proposed laws.

What is your position on life issues? (abortion, assisted suicide) *

I am pro-life and do not believe in killing babies.

What is your position on taxes, spending, and the federal deficit? *

I believe in limited government and reduced taxes. More emphasis needs to be on the waste of funds. The bigger the budget is the more waste is possible.

What is your position on gun rights? *

I believe in the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Gun owners must complete safety training. Guns should be registered.
