Why are you running for office? *

To fight back against the tedious and neverending directives from the state and federal levels, which have what appears to be social engineering as their primary purpose.

Who do you consider your political role model, and why? *

Joe McCarthy. The press hated him, the people loved him, and he was right about nearly everything.

What is your favorite book about politics and policy, and why? *

The Demon in Democracy: Totalitarian Temptations in Free Societies - by Ryszard Legutko. It's a work of clear-headed genius from a philosopher that lived for decades under communism and decades in a liberal democracy. It should be near the top of every American's reading list.

What will be your top priority in office? *

To ensure that the maniacs who restricted the lives of children for nearly two years never pull a single policy lever in Cecil County Public Schools again.

What is the biggest issue facing your area? *

Opiate abuse

What are the three biggest issues facing Maryland? *

Opiate abuse, crimes, high taxes

What is your position on life issues? (abortion, assisted suicide) *

Abortion is murder, and assisted suicide is a moral evil, though I'm undecided on the role the law should have

What is your position on taxes and spending? *

The government has proved itself in the past to be a poor steward of resources. This has devolved into outright hostility against people in general.

What is your position on gun rights? *

The government should be allowed to have only enough to meet certain requirements.

What is your position on the legalization of marijuana? *

The criminalization of marijuana introduces enormous problems. Its decriminalization may be worse.

What is your position on the current three-tiered system for the sale and distribution of alcohol? *

I don't have one.

What is your position on land use, growth, and development? *

Generally speaking, this country has done a very poor job building communities that are functional, aesthetically-pleasing, and suited to the needs of families and business. Cheap energy has allowed us to expand geographically but it has also dislocated the production of daily necessities from the people who use them in a Just-In-Time global supply chain that has proven these last two years to be far more fragile than previously understood. Local governments in this region seem to be more interested in getting their land-owning friends maximum dollars for the sale of their land to make way for housing and additional population, and the associated needs fall disproportionately to established residents.

What is your position on crime and public safety? *

Crime is a function of individual morality, prosperity, and upbringing, and the only effective thing the government ever does is arrest and prosecute offenders. All other factors are cultural.

What is your position on county tax caps? *

They should be lower.

Was Joe Biden legitimately elected President of the United States in the November 2020 Election? *

No

Do you pledge to accept the results of your election? *

Yes
