About the Guest: Barry Glassman has been Harford County Executive since December 2014. Prior to that, he served on the Harford County Council from 1990-1998, in the Maryland House of Delegates from 1999-2008, and in the Maryland State Senate from 2008-2014. He was President of the Maryland Association of Counties in 2019. A small business owner and a sheep farmer by trade, he lives with his family in Darlington.
