The Republican Party is in very sad shape. The Democratic Party is certainly not in great shape, but it isn't as disastrous as the Republicans. We need to overturn the duopoly party system. It is not serving our country. In true democratic republics (we are an oligarchic republic, not a democratic republic, and studies comparing the U.S. to criteria for each prove this), when major parties are in very bad shape new parties come along and revitalize politics. The repressive undemocratic laws in most of the states, including Maryland, effectively have forestalled that in this country and the country has sunk into a very dark state as a result.
Next time they try and attract young people to political events hopefully they’ll ask the 50 year old loser that wrote this what he knows. 🤓
