Fazenbaker Involved in Breach of Contract Suit
MDGOP Chair Candidate's Liquor Store at the Center of the dispute
Maryland Republican Party Chairman candidate Tim Fazenbaker is the defendant in a breach of contract suit regarding his liquor store business.
Faze 4 Liquors is Fazenbaker’s liquor store in Baltimore County. The store, as well as Fazenbaker in his personal capacity, is being sued for breach of a contract.
Additionally, Fazenbaker’s store has been accused of not paying rent
Fazenbaker had the following to say when reached for comment:
Those lawsuits are dropped or will be dropped because my company hired a debt consolidation firm. A lawsuit is different than a conviction. I don’t have any bankruptcies. Any back rent has been paid and not in arrears.
In a judgment in a separate suit in New York, Fazenbaker was ordered to pay $23,020.89 to a New York business in August.
