Kaminski Wins 2nd Straight Greater Baltimore Mini-Golf Tour Event
Cruises to 6-stroke win in Westminster
Aaron Kaminski won his 2nd straight Greater Baltimore Mini-Golf Tour Event with a six-stroke victory at the Escape Time Open at Island Green Family Fun Center in Westminster.
Kaminski shot an impressive 5-under over two rounds of the par 42 course, easily outpacing Rudy Reel, who shot 1-over. Evan Rundgren, Mike Kreiner, John Wolfe, and Gary Bruzdinski finished tied for third at 3-over.
The event was the second for the Greater Baltimore Mini-Golf Tour this year, and the second straight won by Kaminski. His two-tournament wins tie him with Kyle Boncaro, Dave Truman, Michael Kreiner, Gary Brudzinski and Erick Medina for second all-time in tournament wins in the history of the tour, dating back to 2016. Only Elmer Lawson and his three tournament wins have eclipsed this mark.
Kaminski, Reel, and Rundgren represent O-Street Mini Golf, a mini-golf organization based in South Jersey. Rundgren has played on ABC’s hit show “Holey Moley.”
The next GBMG Tour event will be held July 25th at Perry Hall Mini Golf. For more information, visit the tour’s website at https://www.facebook.com/GBMiniGolf.
