Moheyeldien is the owner, co-founder, and CEO of Maryland Packaging, a food-service packaging company based in Elkridge and Halethorpe. His LinkedIn page lists his title as “Chief Visionary Officer.” The company has been involved during the pandemic with the packaging of food to benefit the Maryland Food Bank.
The below video, produced by Maryland Packaging, describes the history of the business.
Mohyeledien is a resident of Annapolis, though he is a recent transplant to the county. Campaign finance records show that Mohyeledien was a resident of McLean, Virginia when he made a $6,000 contribution to the Maryland State Republican Party. Though he listed a Virginia address on his campaign contribution, voting records list that he registered to vote in Maryland in January of 2017.
