Schulz Laps Cox, Ficker on Fundraising
Schulz has nearly four times as much cash on hand as Cox
Campaign finance reports were due yesterday, and on the Republican side Kelly Schulz and Jeff Woolford are lapping the field.
Schulz and Woolford raised $934,394.63 during the filing period. They retain $784,985.03 cash on hand heading toward the July 19th primary.
Dan Cox and running mate Gordana Schifanelli raised only $187,216.80 during the reporting period, with $183,958.97 cash on hand for the rest of the primary.
The ticket of Robin Ficker and LeRoy Yegge raised $61,609.45 during the period, but Ficker still has a huge advantage over Cox in cash-on-hand, maintaining $326,890.96.
