Why is Luke Clippinger Refusing to Pass a Full Child Pornography Ban?
There is a loophole that protects customers of child pornography. Why does Luke Clippinger want to protect these heinous and immoral people?
Judiciary Committee Chairman Luke Clippinger is refusing to hold a vote on a bill that would close a loophole in Maryland's Child Pornography law.
Maryland state law has bans on child pornography, however there is no ban on viewing the live streaming of such pornography over the internet.
Delegate Robin Grammar introduced House Bill 233, which would close that loophole and ban the streaming of such indecent and immoral material.
But the Democratic Committee Chairman Clippinger refuses to move the bill in an effort to punish this heinous and immoral behavior.
